"The prospects of the gambling industry in Primorsky Krai.

The competent tax system will allow to receive profit of all players, irrespective of their location. Such system will provide each citizen of the Russian Federation with legal possibility to take pleasure in gambling, and the government will receive surtaxes, and will supervise the gambling industry.
